Hero-Records.com prefer all audio to be send through the post (unless otherwise stated). Hero-Records.com will not be held responsible for any material or applications that are lost in the post. Press packs normally include:

•  Labelled CD with track listing
•  Brief biography of band members
•  Production details and credits
•  Any press reviews or promotional shots
•  An indication of any preferred tracks sent
•  Indicate any samples used per track (Allows Hero-Records.com the opportunity to try and obtain official rights for you)

Once the CD is ready for production you will be requested to send a band picture, member details and production details as well as a website address to be pressed alongside the album.

By applying for the Hero-Records.com projects you give Tirwin and Hero-Records.com the full right to distribute your material. You understand that there will be no charge for appearing on the Hero-Records.com project but any profits made will be retained by the company. Before the release of any material you will be required to sign a form stating that you agree to let us use your material. Full rights to the material will remain with the artist at all times and the artist has the full freedom to sign to a larger label at any point (That’s what we’re trying to do for you!) If you decide to withdraw from the Hero-Records.com project at any point then you will be held to terms and condition of the contract you sign. For more information please contact Tirwin.
